The DJI Care Refresh+ service is a twelve-month extension of the basic insurance offered by DJI on its products. During its term, you can make, for a small fee , one replacement of damaged equipment.<\/span>Before purchasing DJI Care Refresh+, make sure you have DJI Care Refresh for your device.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u0412\u00a0 \u0412\u00a0<\/p>\n \u0412\u00a0<\/p>\n Damage coverage<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n \u0412\u00a0<\/p>\n Damage caused by operator error, contact with water, a fall or signal interference during use is covered.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u0412\u00a0 \u0412\u00a0<\/p>\n \u0412\u00a0<\/p>\n When an accident occurs<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u0412\u00a0<\/p>\n 1 The user reports the malfunction and sends the product to DJI service with a note that it has DJI Care Refresh+.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n 2.The user receives a repair quote and, based on this, decides whether to have the repair\/replacement done for a fee or through DJI Care Refresh+.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n (3) After selecting DJI Care Refresh+, the user pays a fee<\/span><\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n 4. the replaced or repaired product is delivered to the user on a priority basis. Transportation costs are covered by DJI.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u0412\u00a0 \u0412\u00a0<\/p>\n \u0412\u00a0<\/p>\n Note<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u0412\u00a0<\/p>\n (1) Before purchasing DJI Care Refresh+, make sure that DJI Care Refresh for your device is still active and there is at least one replacement left.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n 2.After purchasing and assigning DJI Care Refresh+, to your device, a service agreement will be emailed to you. DJI Care Refresh+ will be associated with your device and become effective within 24 hours.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n (3) The replacement service provided by DJI Care Refresh+ is valid for one year and will not begin until DJI Care Refresh expires. The product warranty period is immediately extended upon receipt of the DJI Care Refresh+ service contract.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n 4) DJI Care Refresh+ and the corresponding product must be purchased in the same country or region, as the benefits provided by DJI Care Refresh+ are only valid in the region where it was purchased.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n 5 When you return your equipment for a DJI Care Refresh+ replacement.
